You can withdraw funds once you have built up a balance in your Wallet from completed consults or after you have added funds to your account.

How do I know how much I can withdraw? #

There are several places where you can view your Wallet balance, both in the app and in the web environment. Go to Financial → Wallet or Transactions to see your available balance and its breakdown.

How do I link my bank account as a payout method? #

You need a verified bank account number and your full name. Your account provides step-by-step instructions on how to link your bank account.

How do I request a withdrawal? #

Go to Financial → Withdraw funds, select the amount, and confirm your withdrawal.

Can I withdraw part of my balance? #

Yes. You can choose any amount, as long as it does not exceed your available balance.

Are there any fees for withdrawing funds? #

Yes. Withdrawal fees apply. These may be a fixed amount (e.g. €0.50) or a percentage. The fees depend on the selected method and payment provider and cover the costs of (instant) payouts.

When will I receive my funds? #

After processing, the amount will be transferred to your bank account within a few business days. In most cases, this happens on the same day or the next business day.

Requests submitted before 10:00 have a higher chance of being processed faster by the payment provider.
