What is the status feature? #

Your status shows whether you are available for phone consults and chat consults, provided these services are activated in the Services section of your account. You can adjust your status yourself via the app or the web version of the Consultant Workspace.

When your status is set to Available, clients can reach you immediately via a phone consult or chat consult. These are forms of direct contact. Stay alert: missing consults means losing potential clients.

What does the status “Available” mean? #

You are immediately reachable for phone consults and chat consults and visible as an active consultant.

When should I use the “Pause” status? #

For short interruptions. Clients can still:

• request a call appointment
• request a text consult

What does the “Busy” status mean? #

This status is set automatically during an active phone or chat consult. Clients cannot start a direct consult, but they can request a call appointment or a text consult.

When should I use the “Unavailable” status? #

For longer periods of unavailability. Your profile remains visible, but direct phone and chat consults are not possible. Clients can still request call appointments and text consults.

What is a call appointment? #

A call appointment allows clients to indicate that they would like to be called back within a specific time frame when you are not immediately available. You receive the request and have a short time to accept it. After acceptance, you call the client via the platform at the agreed time. To use this feature, the call appointment functionality must be activated in your account.
